Maury Herman

As a real estate investor since 1974, Maury has led the renovation or construction of over forty commercial and residential projects. He has extensive experience in the acquisition and adaptive re-use of older properties. Maury holds a B.A. in Economics from Antioch College and a J.D. from Loyola University School of Law.
Midge is a licensed real estate agent that brings 25+ years’ experience in the accounting and commercial general contracting fields to Coast & Mountain Properties. She is grateful for the many relationships that have evolved while working with the tenants, contractors, community, property owners and fellow Coast & Mountain staff. Midge and her family are great outdoor enthusiasts – you may share a chairlift ride, a hike in the forest, cheering for a local sports team, travel destination ideas, or the delight of grandchildren stories. She looks forward to answering your questions on how Coast & Mountain Properties can be of assistance to you.
Jill is a licensed real estate agent in Arizona and California. For seven years, Jill worked as a licensed Esthetician in Del Mar, CA and studied massage therapy in Pacific Beach. In 2004, she made a spirited career change to work in Property Management. Jill strives to build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and associates, while focusing on leasing, maintenance, and property improvement projects. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, exploring National Parks and visiting art museums.
Suzette Dwelle

Suzette is a dedicated professional who has been an integral part of our organization for over 20 years. With expertise in handling leases and accounts receivable, along with being a licensed real estate agent, Suzette plays a crucial role in our operations. Known for her tireless work ethic and exceptional attention to detail, she ensures that all aspects of our real estate transactions are handled efficiently and accurately. Outside of work, Suzette enjoys rejuvenating vacations in the serene beauty of the Rocky Mountains.
Theresa brings over 25 years of experience in bookkeeping and office administration to our team. Working part-time, Theresa plays a versatile role, contributing to various aspects of office operations, including an interest in Information Technology. Outside of work, Theresa loves spending quality time with her family and exploring different parts of the world while traveling. She is an avid reader and cherishes living in a town with all four seasons.
